Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ApexTrack (“we”, “us”) processes data when you use user.apex-track.cc. We design the product with GDPR-oriented transparency in mind.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email, name/avatar from Google OAuth (or email registration), credit balances, and transaction history.
- Usage data: analysis targets (URLs you submit), geo/device settings, timestamps, and job outcomes needed to deliver the product.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data: browser type, IP address, and basic logs for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use submitted URLs
URLs are processed solely to fetch redirect chains and generate reports for your account. We do not sell submitted URLs. Operational logs may retain shortened metadata for troubleshooting and abuse detection.
3. Cookies & local storage
We use local browser storage for your session JWT so the analyzer stays signed in. Essential cookies/headers may be used by our CDN or payment provider. We do not run third-party ad trackers on the app by default.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies: contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and consent where required for optional communications.
5. Retention & rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by emailing [email protected]. We retain billing records as required by law.
6. International transfers
Infrastructure may run in regions outside your country. We use reputable providers and appropriate safeguards where required.
