Refund Policy

ApexTrack sells digital credits and analysis tooling. Please read this policy before purchasing.
1. Digital goods
Credits are virtual products. Once credits are delivered to your account and/or consumed by an analysis job, purchases are generally non-refundable.
2. When we will help
Contact us if:
- You were charged but credits were not added due to a technical failure.
- A payment was duplicated by mistake.
- A service outage prevented a paid job from running and credits were not refunded automatically.
Eligible cases are usually resolved by re-crediting your balance rather than a cash refund.
3. Chargebacks
Please contact support before filing a dispute with your bank. Friendly resolution is faster and protects Stripe account standing for everyone.
4. How to request help
Email [email protected] with your account email, approximate purchase time, and Stripe receipt ID.
